Breaking Bad News: How to Move From Curative to Comfort - presented by Kimberly Curseen, M.D., Assistant Professor of Geriatric Medicine, UAMS. Program will be held at White County Medical Center, Hubach Center, 3214 E. Race St., in Searcy. |
| This nursing home "round table" will review the clinical indicators of end stage disease and demonstrate how to communicate patient comfort needs and concerns by holding a family meeting. Lunch will be provided by White County Medical Center. 2.5 hours of nursing and LTC CE's will be offered. Please call by Friday, February 24th. |

Reynolds Department of Geriatric Medicine, University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, is an internationally known specialist on falls will present this program. The presenation will offer 1 hour CE for nursing, LTC, pharmacy and PT. Refreshments will be served. Co-sponsored with the ASU College of Nursing and Health Professions. |
